The poor reviews simply have me confused. I've watched this shop, taken jobs to this shop, and always got the best work possible. One time it was a series of rainy days and my GC Jeep passenger window threw a fit. The boss replaced the window motor in the rain, out on his parking lot, because his shop was full. Now, how many owners would go to that trouble for a stranger? I've seen several different vehicles with everything from simple to serious body work come out of that shop and they were excellent jobs. They performed low quality repairs, some of which were incomplete. Maybe it was a bad week, but they were asked to correct the problems. Sadly, we were told our car was repaired correctly. Any further efforts to have the substandard work corrected led to rude and hostile treatment by the manager. If you aren’t pleased with your car, don’t bother telling them. One star because they got paint on our car, the wrong shade, but paint.

Their work is amazing! High quality, honest, and friendly staff. We've had several different cars in for several different reasons and we've always been very satisfied.
Staff is rude, repairs are substandard! Just stay clear, not worth the hassle.
