Every time I called no one is answering the phone, always answering machine and you have to wait for so long still no live person to answer
Always a fun time, the food was surprisingly good but my favorite thing was their Moscow Mules. I was happy with our food and drinks. They were all nice and polite and we always felt well attended. We're going back very soon.
They provide a great service. Have good customer service and were always on time with deliveries and pick ups.
Bait and switch. Stay away!! These guys knock on your door and solicit your business for copiers. Once you've been duped into buying - the copier is always breaking down. Takes weeks to have someone out to repair or get ink for it. Seldom do I post reviews, but our community needs to know who to stay away from.
Burtronics is great. When we put a call or order out to them, usually they are here in no time at all. Garrett is really easy to talk to and helps me to understand what I'm looking at if there are issues that we could control on our own. The service techs come out and get their jobs done quickly, so we have no delays in our business.
