They were efficient and got the job done.
Service was very good
I took my Prius in for a general check-up and oil change. Needed rear rotor replacement. The staff was able to turn it around while I waited. There was a mishap with the parts delivery but that had nothing to do with the otherwise professional service. Because of the parts delay, one of the staff very generously gave me a ride to the nearby hardware store to pick up a piece of repaired equipment before the shop closed. Thanks team for letting me know about an important repair and getting it done in one visit.
