I’ve used Burtonsville Automotive twice in the past few years, most recently being a week ago when my belt broke. Both times were positive experiences. They do a good job and are honest. I moved here from out of state a few years ago and took a chance on them based on their reviews and closeness to where I live. It’s always hard trying to find a good mechanic. I highly recommend them.
Came for an inspection and I was in and out inside of 20 minutes @ a reasonable price. Cheaper than competitors inside a 10 mile radius. Based off other reviews I can see how customer service can be rude. But I appreciated it. I'm also curt and straight to the point, it's efficient and I don't waste time. Just call and ask with what you need, quote, and their availability. This isn't a Michelin star restaurant people.
We have been dealing with Wes for more than a decade and have been pleased with the quality,timeliness and price.

Phenomenal first experience at Burtonsville Automotive. It was easy to get an appointment, they had great pricing and quick service. Will definitely be returning for any other car needs I have.
