Extremely kind and helpful under very trying circumstances of a drain blockage problem. As it was an insurance job it took several months to sort out repairs but once the work was approved, the team and Nathan in the office were very helpful and I also employed them to ‘make good’ and finish off as this is not necessarily covered by insurance anymore!!
