Went here twice while traveling through it was so good!! Large venue with great staff and amazing food. Get the old fashion if that's your thing. Definitely coming back my next time through here. Keep up the great work guys!!
Reagan was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks stayed full, and was quick to answer any questions we had about the menu. Her positive attitude and great service made our dining experience even better. I would definitely ask for Reagan again and highly recommend her to anyone visiting the restaurant!
Food was a bit overpriced for what it is but good to eat. Nice place good people.
First time at Burtons traveling for work. Food was amazing with great flavor. The service was outstanding; Audrey and Alex were great, not only to me but to every customer that came in the door. I was very disappointed with my experience at Burtons Grill in Charlottesville. Unfortunately, the food was served cold, and my order was incorrect despite being clearly placed. This resulted in a meal that was far below the level of quality and service I expected. When dining out, customers expect their food to be prepared correctly, served fresh, and delivered at the proper temperature. Regrettably, that was not my experience.
