** Revised** I've worked for this company for a while now. I still think they are good people. But there's something not exactly right here. It's a regional company in it's mentality (i.e. 500 mile runs, truck at terminal during off time, maintenance done at terminal, etc) but they think they are an OTR Company. They don't have a national tire/ maintenance program, they don't honor the traditional " for every week out you get a day off" concept.
