2/18/25 7:18 pm. Went to your self serve carwash to wash my truck and it was a cold bay with cold water. What is the sense that? All it did was freeze more even with both doors shut. In my town it's 3.50 for five minutes and it's hot water to help get the salt off and I can achieve washing my truck with that amount of time. Your car wash , I achieved nothing. Don't know if this is normal protocol for your carwash, but I'm very disappointed.

Does a great job in the automatic wash bays. My husband and I come often as it is 24 hrs. However, in the self-service wash bays, the time is off. It does half seconds counting down, I've timed it. Also keeps counting down as you are trying to add more money. We use car washes all over in Ma, Vt, and Nh as we travel a lot and do overland adventures. I understand that car washes need to make money, but we personally would use it more often if the time paid for was accurately counted down.
