Called up about blue slip. Said doesn’t have a licence, even though has 50 reviews related to blue slips. Was rude and just hung up the phone.

The worst experience ever. Ripped me off. I took for repair and they said me some other problems and fixed something else. Later on, I found they put water in my coolant and didn’t even mention me ever. They charged me excessive and when I took to other mechanic I found the job was not done properly as well. When I took my vehicle after repairing from them again same fault appeared and when I went back to them they insisted and said me to change other things as well. Charged way more than their quote. Very rude .
A real old school garage. Former taxi garage. Did the rear bushes on my Ford Territory (a b... of a job to do). They did it well and I'm very happy they kept my Terri at 300K+ on the road. Shout out to Abbo.
