This was one of the best experiences I have had with car repair. I worked with Ricky on a claim for damage done to my car. He was straightforward with the time estimate. When I asked if he could try to get it done a couple days sooner, he said he would try but couldn't promise anything. He ended up coming through! I paid them quite a bit of money, several thousand, they took my seats and gave me some worn, dirty seats, that smelled like their shop. The work was done, they had my car for over 3 weeks .
