I do not recommend Wendy from Burton Realty. She’s rude to deal with and doesn’t bother to return your calls and messages. Very unhappy with her attitude and lack of respect!
Booked stayz accommodation on 22nd July (4 months ago), the contact was this real estate business. They took the money for my two night stay over christmas, sent me confirmation of the booking. Last week they sent me an email saying my booking had been cancelled. No doubt a better booking (more than two nights has come along). Try getting accommodation in Walpole 1 month out from Christmas. This business is ethically & morally bankrupt.
Horrible experience at peaceful bay chalets. We had email confirmation and had paid but when we arrived the care taker had no knowledge of our booking and put us into a room we weren’t supposed to be in (their words?) with no gas (we couldn’t heat up dinner) and the hot water took hours to heat up. The place was dirty and musky. After emailing Alicia at burton reality who we booked with they offered no money back. What a joke.
