i have had to get an afo through this company a few times and everytime its always a hassle. i have to have multiple different appointments for them to get things right. i live out of state currently and they are aware of this and want me to fly back a 3rd time and tell me something different as to what is taking so long/why they can’t get me a new one and don’t address this all at once. it is always something new and very frustrating, especially when something like this affects your everyday life.
They always go to the greatest lengths to ensure product quality.
