Too busy to help with Burton boots for a child, and, can't heat mold in the store anyway.
Phil, Sylvan, and Jesse were SOOOO helpful to my husband and I when we went in to buy our first boards, bindings, boots, stomp pads, the whole set up. We knew literally nothing other than I’m goofy stance and he’s regular. We always just rented prior. They asked us probing questions to see what would be best for our needs and had very informative responses as to why they recommended everything. The boa system on my boot broke and Sylvan and Tom were super helpful when I brought it in. Tom fixed it for me so I could get back on the mountain. I had a great experience and highly recommend stopping in the store!
Amazing people in there, Sylvan true goofball, a ton of fun, Dixon unbelievable amount of knowledge, like an encyclopedia, and Jesse super nice and personable!
Stopped in because my goggle lens snapped, Tom was able to help me find a quick replacement. Store had lots of options for gear and service was excellence! Highly recommend!
