After they filed a court order for a debt that I owed on a credit card, I made payment arrangements with them to pay off the debt. After several months of successful payments, I began having issues with them. I made a payment and still 2 weeks later, it has yet to clear my account. I've tried calling with either no answer or busy signal. Like who doesn't have call waiting these days. I've tried to access their website and all I get is an error code
I do not understand how this people collect without verifying debts and inflating accounts and calling without reveling what they are calling for?
