The main problem with this surgery is the receptionists, well a few of them are extremely rude bad mannered and unprofessional. Management need to train these more and if they don't like their job should leave especially Sue who I found to be very unprofessional. Once you get past the defense system of the receptionists I find the rest of the staff extremely friendly and great with patients. Unfortunately lve reached the conclusion that this practice does not want people to use it.lve spent 40 mins on the phone to be told l can't make an appointment unless l use their website. So l go on their website and it kicks me out because they've had enough patients using this service and suggest l call 111. I'm sure the pay rise you keep bleatingbon about is well warranted...not !
Worst doctors experience you could think of. Useless, dont even take phone bookings
I moved back to England 3 years ago, its been 3 years since I've seen a GP, and within those 3 years I've suffered multiple asthma attacks because these guys refuse to see more than 10 people a day. I've had to go to the emergency service in corby multiple times, they are the only ones willing to care for the sick. Never have I ever had such disgusting medical service, even 3rd world counties do it better. UPDATE: It's now been 5 years.
