Every tIme I see Dr Burton he is always able to help me.
Dr Burton and his staff: terrific. Told me everything i needed to know, & explained it thoroughly, took the time to answer all my questions.
Terrible patient care and zero follow through. After an injection failed to resolve my severe hand pain, the doctor simply told me 'nothing makes sense' to him and completely dropped me as a patient without any next steps or a referral for continuing care. On top of consistently waiting over 30 minutes past appointment times, the doctor flat out refused to look at any of my diagnostic videos, photos, or physical symptom documentation during my visits. Completely unprofessional to leave a patient stranded in severe pain.
I have never met a doctor that is so easy to talk to. Add to that his punctuality! Almost always in front of him within 15 mins of my appt time and though I never feel rushed he moves through the appt so efficiently as well. In today’s busy times all things I highly value!!!
Dr Burton did a great job with my trigger fingers. And the shot didn’t even hurt! Thanks
