When my older brother passed away on November 23, 2010, my sister-in-law recommended Mr. Burton. What a kind and gentle soul he was. His calm demeanor made a heartbreaking time something that I could endure.
When my mom passed away, the staff and the director, Mr. Burton were very comforting and understanding. The office was clean and had a pleasant aroma. When it was time to review my mom before the services, the staff asked if the hair, make-up and clothing was what we expected. We asked if the hair could be a little fuller and to remove some of the lipstick. The staff was very understanding and was very accommodating. On the day of the service, my mom was beautiful. Mr. Burton and his staff are excellent. they were so curteous and professional. Their demeanor and kindness truly helped my family especially my mother during my fathers services. There is not enough that could be said about how much we truly appreciate them. I now refer everyone to them because I know from experience that they can make a very difficult time that much easier.
mr burton is a pleasant man, very humble in spririt. and his team is very efficient, courteous and proffessional. I was very comforted in my time of need. mr. burton has a true customer with me.
