I've dealt withave them for years, and found them to be very competent. They are a family run busineas abs go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. Nic, friendly people as well.
Quality was so so, seems were heavily visible carpet had bubbles in it like it wasn't stretched properly. The worse part however was the integrity of the business. They bid the job and we agreed, once completed they billed us at twice as much as what they bid. They said they miscalculated how many strips were needed. Rookie mistake, though I wouldn't have mind paying but that doesn't justify a charge 2x more than the bid.
