I wish that I had seen the reviews and complaints about Burton Electric before I paid him. We had a new AC installed and the installer didn't tell me that I needed to contact an electrician to tie the AC unit in to the electrical panel (another company that we used before contacted the electrician themselves) but since they were there to install the AC, the installer said he would call Burton. Burton came and said that we needed a new panel. He charged us $1854 and then never installed the new panel. We went through 3 months... read more
Do not hire this company. Paid Shane Burton $5000 in April to rope our trailer. Still waiting for him to finish. Terrible communication and poor worth ethics. Rarely answers his phone or returns calls. Promises he'll be here to finish then doesn't show. I don't know if he's a scammer but it sure feels like it.
Very knowledgeable and a reasonable price. Slow to complete the work when issues arose with defective parts.
Awesome service!!! Super nice!!! Done in one day, for what I needed, knowing it was an emergency. He kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing a professional electrician!!!
Was stood up 3x's. All I got was sorry about that. Made me wait all day 3 different times. More worried about the money but not the job.😠
