Extremely kind and knowledgeable people! Excellent work
We had an electrical problem in our home where several lights and a ceiling fan was tripping the breaker. We called Butler Electric and they were at our home in 30 minutes. They fixed the problem at a very fair price. They were friendly and professional. We highly recommend Butler Electric.
Warning: Avoid this electrician. We hired Shane owner from Burton Electric Alamogordo NM and it was an awful experience. He never completed the job, left wires improperly connected, and the work he did was unsafe and poorly done. The project was left unfinished and hazardous. Please don’t risk hiring him—he does not follow through, and the quality of his work is unacceptable.
I wish that I had seen the reviews and complaints about Burton Electric before I paid him. We had a new AC installed and the installer didn't tell me that I needed to contact an electrician to tie the AC unit in to the electrical panel (another company that we used before contacted the electrician themselves) but since they were there to install the AC, the installer said he would call Burton. Burton came and said that we needed a new panel. He charged us $1854 and then never installed the new panel. We went through 3 months... read more
Do not hire this company. Paid Shane Burton $5000 in April to rope our trailer. Still waiting for him to finish. Terrible communication and poor worth ethics. Rarely answers his phone or returns calls. Promises he'll be here to finish then doesn't show. I don't know if he's a scammer but it sure feels like it.
