DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. My ex-husband and I receiveda notice from the IRS regarding our 2017 taxes that we filed through Burton E. Carter. The notice stated that the car we purchased was filed incorrectly. When we met with him, after providing all of the requested information about our car purchase, he told us that we qualified for a large tax credit because of that purchase.
