It takes a lot for me to leave a review but this had to be said. Very poor experience to say the least. The wait was not long at all actually (we were the first in the door at 7:00 am). Everyone was very nice, except for the one who needed to be the most - the APRN. This “professional” made us feel like we lacked intelligence for just being there for a common ailment - semi emergent! We went twice in the past few weeks, in and out in less than a hour. Very Professional. We saw a Dr. Both times. Excellent service.
Never got a call on my xray results from the walk in nurses. It's been 3 weeks. Seeing my pcp tomorrow so I will be asking him. They didn't seem to care about my visit on 11/30 Just wanted me out. They need to do better patient care in the walk in

I came to Burton Creek due to my OMC Dr left. I have arthritis in my joints. I had to use the walk-in part of the clinic cause I was in a lot of pain. The nurse came in looking at my chart & said "you have a cronic condition & we don't treat that back here". She also stated that she wasn't sure if the Dr would even see me. The Dr did come, he couldn't do anything for me, told me see my primary Dr there. My primary is only there one day a week until January. My appointment with her is in the middle of November.
