Never got a call on my xray results from the walk in nurses. It's been 3 weeks. Seeing my pcp tomorrow so I will be asking him. They didn't seem to care about my visit on 11/30 Just wanted me out. They need to do better patient care in the walk in

I came to Burton Creek due to my OMC Dr left. I have arthritis in my joints. I had to use the walk-in part of the clinic cause I was in a lot of pain. The nurse came in looking at my chart & said "you have a cronic condition & we don't treat that back here". She also stated that she wasn't sure if the Dr would even see me. The Dr did come, he couldn't do anything for me, told me see my primary Dr there. My primary is only there one day a week until January. My appointment with her is in the middle of November. We went in to get covid tests. I have insurance, my son does not. We asked them directly how much it would be and they told us $59. I paid it. We were there for nothing other than covid test. Yesterday we received a bill for over $400. Over $200 for the appointment itself and over $200 for the covid test. This place is HIGHLY unethical since Walgreens has them for $25 and CVS (which is literally attached to them and their pharmacy) has the test for $89. I do not recommend this clinic I would put a zero star if there was one.
