Called their number and the person that answered the phone came across as bothered and aggravated. She only took messages, could not set up appointments or answer basic questions about what services the firm provides. Was told someone would call me back at the end of the day. Called at 5pm and she responded with “I sent an email, they must be backed up”. Never received a call back from anyone to find out the services they provide or schedule an appointment. Sounds like they don’t need the business.

When I moved here, I was really wanting to find a permanent CPA that I could use every year for my real estate LLC and personal taxes. Dan is NOT the one for me. I remember my very first phone call to his office and one of my questions was, "Is he too backed up to get to get to my taxes?" The receptionist said No. More than 6 months later, multiple phone calls, emails, 2 tax extensions filed, me swinging by the office to check on them and then finally I had enough.
