After Hurricane Ian I placed a claim with my homeowners insurance company and then my claim was given to Burton Claims - Desk Adjustor Jacqueline Moore. During the claim process I ran into a lot of hiccups and adjustors not answering and not communicating, I was feeling very alone in the process and not knowing what to do or who to turn to.
