I was suffering with infection and excessive tearing for several years. I had gone to multiple doctors who said I had dry eye, I didn’t have dry eye and to use a hot compress. I went to Dr Burton upon a referral from a coworker. He diagnosed my problem and sent me to a surgeon who performed the DCR. My eye has stopped watering and I can wear makeup and contacts again.
