Well i havnt really ever been there before but i went by there to purchase propane for my barbecue grill awhile back and they treated me like crap, the guy that came out and filled my tank got smart with me and i almost told him nevermind but i just kept my mouth shut , then i went in the parts dept. To pay for the propane and some tall guy with grey hair came in and stood there behind me while i payed for it ...kinda gave me the vibe they thought i was going to steal something...the lady running the cash register was as nic... read more

We bought our Jayco Eagle in 2019 from Burton’s. They made the process super simple and we didn’t feel pressured to buy. We loved how friendly they were and how they seemed to all work together like one big family. I wouldn’t recommend any place else, but Burton’s!!!

The staff at Burton's is like no other. The customer service was excellent while buying our camper. The financial process was quick and easy. This is our second camper we have bought from Burton Campers. We have other family and friends that have also bought from them as well. If you "need" a camper Burton Campers is the place to go!

Very disappointed. I contacted Burton using their online form to get a trade in estimate. The saleswoman (Carol) contacted me the next day to get more detail on my motor coach to trade. They sent me an offer that I felt was very low...approximately $6K below what wholesale "book" on my Itasca is showing. I responded with a counter-offer to meet them halfway. Highly recommend Burton Campers. I bought my camper over 2 years ago and they are still just as friendly and helpful as the day we made our purchase.
