After having our Tahoe worked on by a notoriously dishonest and seemingly incompetent Chevy dealership in the area (I’m sure people can guess which one), we tried Burtness in Whitewater and found our new service shop. It was the exact opposite experience of what we previously encountered. They were honest, helpful, and properly diagnosed/fixed the issue we were having. We’re thankful for how well they took care of us.
Brad was knowledgeable and was a step ahead of the entire process. He did an excellent job of explaining the setup in the truck and made sure I understood the entire working of the truck before I left the dealership.
Alejandro(sales), and Nick (finance), were outstanding from beginning to end with the purchase of my truck. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Burtness in Whitewater. Terrific experience!
