Jose was awesome.
We hired Burtech to fix two slab leaks caused by another large plumbing company in town. Burtech was amazing! I asked around and three separate people recommended Burtech. Danny repiped our entire house and he was exceptional. He was communicative, professional and also emphatic to the what we had been going through as a result of the poor workmanship caused by the prior plumbing company. We will continue to recommend Burtech to our friends and use them for any plumbing needs.
Burtech is a great company to work with. We’ve had several needs including a leaky faucet, a toilet issue and garbage disposal replacement. They are easy to reach, price their work reasonably, and are highly capable. On one occasion we had a Sunday emergency and their pricing was still very fair. Most of all the plumbers are very nice. This review is about 10 days overdue, but I would be remiss if I didn't take the time to write about the exceptional service, care, and courtesy that I have received from Burtech Plumbing during 3 different encounters that included pressure regulator installation, mainline repair and locating (Bill is a wizard at finding a hidden mainline), and installation of plumbing in the front yard.
