We have a 10 yr old Toto toilet that occasionally clogs up, & won’t completely flush unless you hold the handle down. We hired Burtech and a friendly plumber arrived, looked at the toilet and flushed it. It flushed fine for him when he held the lever down. But he told my wife that we needed a new toilet and quoted about $1000 for parts & labor. He said they get old and lose their flushing power. Good communication ahead of the visit. Dave arrived within the promised window. He promptly recognized the problems I was having and was equipped and ready to do the job. Besides being a real help, he's a casually friendly guy as he works. Nobody likes paying the plumbing bill, but having it fixed right with a pleasant person makes it great experience. Ask for Dave, though I expect all their techs are as capable and confident.

The employees over at Burtech plumbing are amazing. Our technician was Dave Fults and he was very professional. They came out extremely fast. They got to the root of the problem of what we needed and they told us how we could fix it and what we could do to fix it so we want to say thank you very much for being professional and being very quick with your responses.
