Josh is very friendly with a comforting smile. Very professional in his manner and expertise with his plumbing work. He finished the job in a short period of time. We appreciate the quality work and his genuine personality to help with fixing the problem.
Burtech plumbing was recommended from our contractor for a semi-emergency service we needed to replace a broken cast iron P-trap. Richard was on it and his communication was excellent. He was always available to chat through scenarios throughout the project. After finding the cause of the problem, we had them perform a full sewer re-lining of cast iron pipes and replace/reroute other existing lines. Dave from Burtech Plumbing came yesterday to put in a garbage disposal, a kitchen faucet and a new bathtub spout. On time, professional, and very courteous. Unfortunately, I had an issue with price transparency. In November 2024, I paid $125 for the exact same service—clearing a clogged drain caused by hair removal. Fast forward to today, and I was charged $325 for the same scope of work. The service rep on the phone did not provided an explanation beyond for this nearly $200 price increase when I reached out today beyond stating "their prices had increased" .
