Dave was incredible! He found a problem that SDG&E actually caused. Burtech Plumbing is professional, honest and always does quality work. Only plumbing company I’ll ever use.

Honestly feel like I got a bit scammed, got quoted $400 for a 20 minute job cleaning out my shower drain, and he didn’t even clean the shower properly so there was a pretty bad residual layer of grime in the shower

Professional and efficient. But I am not happy about paying 1700 to install another water heater which was only 3 years old.

Good, friendly worker. He forgot to turn the hot water back on, but that's not worth deducting a star. Otherwise, his work was great.

We have used Burtech for multiple properties and have always had a great experience. Recently, Kyle arrived on time, clearly explained his assessment of the issue, recommended a way to fix the problem that was cheaper & cleaner than what another plumber suggested. He cleared the kitchen drain, cleaned up, great communication with myself and tenants at the property. 100% will continue using them for any plumbing issues.
