Josh arrived and performed the toilet replacement quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. He was very personable and pleasant and very hard working. All of the folks we have had perform plumbing work for Burtech Plumbing have been top notch 🪠
Kyle did an outstanding job! He replaced three toilets, installed our kitchen faucet, and fixed several plumbing issues with great professionalism and attention to detail. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about doing the job right. I hired this plumber to repair a leaking kitchen sink drain. During the repair, he repositioned the left drain pipe back to its original position and replaced a damaged gasket on the right drain, then tightened the connection. According to the completion notes, he tested both sink drains and confirmed there were no leaks. We also checked the sink several times after the repair, and everything appeared to be working properly. Jaime came out and repaired a pin hole leak in copper pipe in the ceiling of our kitchen quickly and professionally, as we were turning the water back on the ball valve in our garage failed. He didn’t hesitate and got to work on that, he had all the parts in his truck and replaced it. I will definitely be using Burtech in the future. Sincerely, Brian Cassidy
