I met with Dr. Burte today for my an evaluation prior to my spinal stim trial and I did not know what to expect. He was a gentle man who instantly made me feel super comfort. Even though our session was remote I and for some of the questions he said required no explanation I found myself readily and easily offering up more information. Unprofessional: I called to schedule an SCS psych evaluation so I can get a nerve stimulator. I have chronic diabetic and peripheral neuropathy. I am in serious pain and this is very important to me. I had to leave a message. There was no one monitoring the phones. When the assistant called me back I told her what I needed; she took my Humana member ID number and made an appointment for three weeks in the future. I went to go see doctor Burte and had the worst experience ever he just sat there listening to me talk and didn’t contribute to the conversation. There was a time that I wasn’t able to see him because he had a job at a hospital and put that first I had a metal health crisis and he wasn’t available to help me though it. There are plenty of diamonds in the ruffs that you can find but doctor Burte isn’t one of them he’s completely unreliable and doesn’t care about anyone that he’s helping. I am so please to have found Dr. Burte. He was highly recommended to me, at a most delicate time when finding it hard to deal with a situation that I myself struggled to resolve. Dr Burte made it most comfortable to pour out what was deeply bottled up in me, that I myself would have never over come with out the patience, understanding and real concern.
