Everyone was very nice from the moment of drop off to pick up. They kept me informed on what was wrong with my truck and fixed it in a timely manner. Even had a rental ready since my vehicle would be in the shop for a few days. Now she runs smooth!
Easy check in. Friendly staff. I asked a question about a different vehicle and the service manager offered a suggestion, which I appreciated. The waiting area was clean. While I didn't help myself to any coffee or snacks, there was plenty available and someone was always coming in to check on the coffee and snacks to keep them maintained. I was in and out in about an hour.
Burt Watson usually does really great but the last time I got my oil changed they said I was going to need my brakes replaced. I had someone else check they and nope not the case. Them I just got my oil change the other day and they said Everything looks good no problems. So how did we go from I needing brakes to everything looks really good???
