Was able to figure out i didn't have an oil leak and I was leaking transmission fluid. Then realized I was also leaking coolant. Able to fix all issues for me. Very pleased with the offer of a loaner after saying they didnt have one. Other dealerships don't offer loaners. Thankful for the team at Burt Watson Freeland.
Burt Watson always does a great job and goes out of their way to accommodate. I am especially impressed with my interactions with James Severance in the sales department and Dave Severance in service. They are always solid to deal with.
The service guy answered every question and took care of everything I needed. Will definitely come back for service!
Ryan Bank with the service department was great to work with, provided communication throughout the process and the dealer gave me a brand new loaner to use. Wish GM could get parts in a more timely fashion, as that appears to be a big issue.
Ryan and his crew in the service were great, quick and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
