Quite honestly, this rating is largely based on a previous experience, In short, Burt Watson Body Shop did an amazing job on the last vehicle. Their service was especially courteous in that they called each week to let us know their progress. While the repairs did take quite a bit of time, having a weekly progress report was quite helpful. Unfortunately, with this my most recent - and ongoing - experience, I have yet to receive a phone call, and it's been 4 weeks.
