Dr.Burt was great. I read all the reviews and I was worried. I'm glad I didn't go by the reviews. Dr.burt sat down and listened to me,( which with me sometimes is hard because I ramble and get confused).She took several notes and explained things to me and set a action plan in motion. I didn't feel rushed or like I was a inconvenience.there was no wait time.the staff was excellent..

Dr Burt does not listen to patients. She draws doodles instead of notes. If your symptoms fall outside of her strict parameters, she tells you you aren't feeling whatever you are feeling and acts like you are wasting her time. I will never spend another dime at her office. Butt is one of the most unpleasant doctors I've dealt with. Her office staff are friendly while you are there but rarely answer phones or return calls when a message is left. Her EKG tech seems to be on permanent holiday or at another office. She is rude and does not care about her patients what so ever. She sees you for 5 minutes per visit and wastes your money and time.

Greetings all, My experience with Dr. Burt has been a positive one. During my appointment she was attentive, and responsive to my concerns. This was a consult through the Veteran Affairs. I highly recommend her.

AS A VETERAN NEVER USE THIS DR. TAKE MY WORD FROM EXPERIENCE!!! My first appointment the rescheduled the same day as it was scheduled while we were driving to the appointment. For a month later, first sign of a terrible office. Then they never bothered to confirm the second appointment so I had to call, not that anyone answered. Then the day of the appointment we drive the 40 minutes out only to find that the exit for the office and the next six(7 in total) are closed for what has been over a year of construction and will be... read more
