Was able to get ahold of a corporate team member through the warehouse, regarding an issue I had at a specific location. Jimmy went above and beyond to listen to my concern, investigate, and resolve it. Really appreciated his attention and responsiveness.

This company has a store next to a body shop in Eagle Mountain. They make appointments for alignments. Then, when they are too busy with the work from next door, the appointment becomes a drop off. The manager at the Eagle Mountain store says there is NO WAITING for basic services, only drop off. The corporation next door is more important than the customer at Burt Brothers Eagle Mountain
