If Burt Brothers can't even put a price of tires and product on their website you know there going to rip you off.
Was able to get ahold of a corporate team member through the warehouse, regarding an issue I had at a specific location. Jimmy went above and beyond to listen to my concern, investigate, and resolve it. Really appreciated his attention and responsiveness.
