We are stuck on the side of the freeway with a blown tire on our trailer. I had my parents run to hurt brothers they got there around 12 about an hour before they left. They had the tire and the wheel we needed but the guy told us it’s not going to happen because it’s too close to closing at 1. Burt’s and Brothers had incredible customer service, very kind and understanding! Fixed my tire as soon as possible!
Store manager Kaden was very professional and knowledgeable. Had an issue with some tires that had previously been installed with poor alignment. Shot got everything corrected quickly but thoroughly and got me back on the road.
Quicker than expected wait time and fixed my tire for free!
