Staff were friendly and the service was relatively quick. Stopped in for a flat repair, but was bummed to get charged over $20 for it because I am a long time Discount Tire customer and they have free flat repairs and amazing service, but there were none nearby and I needed the flat repaired asap since I am traveling. If in a pinch like I was I do recommend them!
Great service and good people.
I have only had positive experiences with Burt Brothers. They got me in quick when I was experiencing a burning smell from my car and found a plastic bag that had gotten stuck on my exhaust. They very kindly didn’t charge me for the diagnosis and fix and informed me my tires were near needing replaced. They are honest and have your best interest in mind.
