I really wanted to give 5 for I've been using Burt Brothers for the last 7 years between my vehicles and my daughters. This visit though I'm disappointed in the lack of detail. I came in for an oil change and new set of performance tires for my car. The price was comparable to Costco if you add in the alignment service so this was good. Customer service was great. Here's where they missed the mark though. The technician didn't fill out the paperwork for the multi-point inspection so I don't know specifically what was checked... read more
Friendly service, good deals. We went in for two tires and the wait was awhile, but went in for two more and the time was minimal.
