Great job! Picked up a screw in my tire. They were polite and didn’t charge me a dime. I’ll be back….
We went in for an estimate on brakes. Afterwards, we were told that since we are so good on them that we probably won't need them for another year. Approximately 1 year ago, and a trip to Missouri, we were told by Big O that we needed them NOW. We were told by our son that he trusts Bert Bros because they NEVER tried to cheat him by telling him he needs more than he does. I too now trust them to not try to get us to get more than we need. Good business!

Big Thanks to Devon (tires) and the front desk today at Burt Brothers! Super helpful last week and this morning with a patch on my tire and a missing lug nut key. Great staff, friendly service above and beyond. Not busy were able to get me right in.. (the other guys in town were so busy). Thx again you have won my business on all my vehicles from now on. Customer service is everything
Burt Brothers in Tooele has been great for my 1st visit. I needed an alignment, and they did state they were busy but they get me in when they had an opening. I was there for 30-45 minutes and before I knew it they called me up to pay for the service. I'm giving a 4 star for now, but I feel I'll be able to bump it up to 5 stars soon.
