Not much point in setting up an appointment only to wait 30 more minutes to get your car back on the rack. I wish I wanted to sit in their shop for fun but being that tardy for a set appointment time is unprofessional. I also find it interesting that they try and figure out who did low star reviews and then call them? I overheard them doing that and it is kind of tacky when you can tell they only want the low review gone and not really addressing the issue that got them the low review in the first place.
Got both my Emissions done here. Wasnt waiting for more than 30 min on either occasion. Nice staff and fast techs
We found ourselves hours from home and the car making a concerning knock so we stayed the night nearby in a hotel and I went to this location as soon as they opened. Clearly they were super busy but he understood my predicament with the family and extra kids at the hotel so the front desk guy took it upon himself to go test drive it and diagnose and he had me back on the road within an hour. Cannot say enough nice things about this location. I had a tire pop and brought my car in to get all 4 replaced. I know nothing about cars and they let me know that the other 3 did not need to be replaced. Time after time they have showed impeccable integrity and genuine care for their customers!
Great service and they got the job done quickly.
