I used to love Burt Brothers. But over time they have proven themselves to be of the lowest customer experience. I've had alot of work done with them. There front service service folks dont know what they are talking about. I brought in a stock 4Runner and they had the audacity to tell me the tires were the wrong size. I looked at the tires and checked the inner door to check and I had the correct tire on. They have me set up for an appointment and I get there and the appointment isn't in the system. I appreciate the work Burt Brothers did for my vehicle and in a short notice. I knew my brakes were having a problem, they found out one side wasn’t even working and the other was metal to metal. I know the parts to my car aren’t cheap, and the service man was very kind when he seen my concern and help explain my cars situation. I can’t thank them enough though for staying after closing for me to pick up my vehicle the next day. I travel for work and I knew I was too far away to make it before closing. I take my car here for everything. When you find a shop you trust you stick with them and that is this shop. Last night Seth told me to bring my car in and it was 540 (they close at 6) and they stayed late and got my new tires and oil change done for me. I will always go to Burt Brothers
Service is very good
My car died on me a few months ago and got it towed to Burt Brothers. They were able to fix the alternator, battery, and serpentine belt that was cracked. My car had been squealing every time it turned on prior, and after Burt Brother's help, it no longer squeals turning on. Thank you!
