Jared and Jeremy were super helpful and very nice. First time here and I’ll be coming back and recommending to friends.
Came in to get an oil change and emissions test, and was quoted an hour and fifteen minutes. I explained that I was tight on time so I needed it shortly thereafter. It took two hours. They were nice enough and the work seemed good but that is more than 50% longer than quoted. Don’t expect accurate time quotes, and leave yourself a large buffer afterward.
Leah, the salesperson who helped me today, was amazing! After arriving at the airport from traveling, we discovered we had a flat tire. We managed to fill it with enough air to get to the Sugar House Burt Brothers location, where I was greeted by Leah. She and her team quickly inspected the tire, patched it, and then showed me how worn my other tires were — no pressure, just helpful information.
