I got a coolant replacement at this location and I would never go back again. This is what AI told me about my experience---> Yes, you were ripped off. ​While the labor cost is normal, you were completely ripped off on the part price. ​Actual Part Cost: Around $40 (cheap aftermarket part) ​What You Were Charged: $213.11 (over 5x markup) ​A fair total for this repair should have been $230 to $310. Took my dad's car in to have them check a possible issue with fuel system. Told it would be a few hours to diagnose and there would be a charge. We were ok with all of that. Less than 2 hours later they were done and said no charge since it was such a quick diagnosis. No issues with the car since. Very nice, faster than expected and they decided not to charge. That was way above and beyond. I know it will not always be free but I will go back if I need help.

They put different size tires on my front and back and it turned on my break sensors and ruined some other sensors even though it was because of them putting on the wrong size tires and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. Then they asked me to come in and pay a ton of money to get additional work done that didn’t need to be done. I went to two different mechanics who told me I didn’t need anything else done. The sensors on my car are now broken.
