they suck – They suck. Call me and I will do a better job. So would my monkeys!
Honest and Professional – I can only speak to my experience at the Sandy store. I have used Burt Bros many times and have had good results. They have fixed problems that have been ongoing for a long time after having been missed by other shops. The price seems fair for repairs. Tire prices are higher than at Discount Tires or Big O.
A bunch o morons – - Stopped by on Wednesday and spoke to BRIAN...He quoted me $760 bucks for some continental tires, but had to order them and the y would be there Thursday at around 1pm. - I didn't get a call by 2pm on Thursday so I decided to call them. I called them up and was told that there was a mistake and they got the wrong tires delivered and if I want them to send a courier to get them. I told them that they don't have to do that for me! I was told that the tires will be there guaranteed on Friday at around 1pm. -... read more
DISHONEST CONDUCT – I was here recently to have some service done and could not believe my eyes. The employees were: 1) careless, 2) irresponsible, 3) greedy, 4) did not know what they were doing. In agreement to other comments that say service here "sucks." The employees dented and scratched. Stole property out of my car, would not classify as professional mechanics that were qualified for their job, refused to take responsibility for their actions. Shoddy work – I had my brakes inspected after observing a roughness when the brakes were applied. My tires were due for their next rotation and service and I requested the inspection as a part of this regular maintenance. I was told everything was fine. When I asked what had been the problem with the brakes, I was told the jerky response of the brake peddle was "just, dust on the brake pads." Beware! Scare tactics used. – I bought my tires here 5000 miles ago. All good. Then I brought the vehicle in for the standard spin, balance and rotation as recommended at 5000 miles. The guys at the desk had always been nice and respectful on previous visits. On this visit they neglected to tell me my vehicle was done so after an hour I went up and asked when it would be done and the manager of the shop scowled at me and all but hurled my keys at me, without any word of the condition of the tires, my vehicle or anything. Super friendly and do a great job at a reasonable price – These guys are what you wish for in an auto mechanic. Whether it's a simple oil change, replacing your muffler, or helping out with the car battery, these guys are straight shooters will do what's right for you at a great price. I had them install a battery switch for my old SUV b/c the battery kept getting drained if I let it sit too long. They didn't try to sell me a knew battery, and they installed the switch for like $20. They are a great reference for other autom... read more
