ZERO STARS! Took car in to get 2 nails taken out of tire. 1 1/2 hour later they said they had gotten the nail out. I said there were 2 nails and I had told them that. The tech said no there was only one and muttered something like I was wrong. I told them that I had seen both nails! I wasn't guessing. Tech said well it is holding air and that was that. I went here yesterday to have them patch a flat, I ran over a screw that was dead center in my tiers tread. They said that the screw was too close to my sidewall and they would have to replace the tier. They said they would have to order it and shave down the tier so that it would match. I thankfully walked away because it sounded like crap to me and I drove to Firestone. I specifically asked if they could change the oil on a BMW. After assuring me that they could, I brought the car over to 4712 S Highland Burt Bros. Goodyear. They obviously had no idea what they were doing! They told me it would take an hour. After an hour and 40 minutes, I decided to peer out the window into the shop to find my car on the lift with a gigantic puddle of oil underneath it. I've been going there for years. Best repair shop I've ever used. The people are friendly and always willing to explain the vehicle's issues. I've used many shops over the years and I feel Burt Brothers is very professional and their prices are reasonable. I send my friends there.
DON"T GO THERE – Had an issue and knew what was wrong and dropped the car off and wanted a quote on the repair. They did a diagnostic ($100) without telling me upfront, and wouldn't let me have the car back til I paid. Plus, they are easily 50-150% higher than anywhere else for service. It's a small town and word of mouth will sink them eventually.
Worst Tire and Auto shop in Park City – I would rate Burt Brothers 0 stars if I could. They preformed services without my consent. I should have known better. We have been having trouble with them for years and I got lazy and went there again only to get burned again. Please don't make the same mistake I have. Go somewhere else!
Worst service ever. – Worst car/service company I have ever dealt with. My car had lost radiator fluid just outside there Jeremy's ranch store while my wife was driving it. A little bleeder valve on top had broke and when I replaced it, I lost a bunch of fluid. She pulled over, waited for it to cool down, and then drove it into their shop. They gave her fluid and told her to take it to the dealer. They did not offer her any help, told he if something happens to the car, it would be her fault not their's. Horrible Service and Dishonest – I bought my tires here a few years ago so they send me coupons all the time. I recently decided to use them to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They took over an hour, charged over $40 just for the oil change and that was with my coupons and they didn't conduct any sort of multipoint inspection you get at Jiffy Lube or anywhere else.
Terrible Brake job and high prices – HORRIBLE!!My fiancee Spent $557.00 on a "Brake job" 14 months ago only to find out they used sub-par brake pads that supposedly warped the rotors, now they want to put on new rotors saying there was only a 12 mo warranty and it wouldnt be covered anyway, my fiancee was told everything would be free forever, told her not to worry..i had another mechanic tell me rotors are good and pads are terrible, DONT GO THERE~!!!
