RecommendedEntire staff was pleasant, happy to serve and provided great customer service. They put a new set of Goodyear Assurance tires on my wife’s Enclave and kept her and my children safe all winter long. Such good feedback from my wife that I went and had. 4” suspension lift and new set of wheels and tires put on for the @Salt Lake Tri Club event/SAG truck. RecommendedI called and asked about some tires I wanted to see if they had them in stock. There was a miss communication on the tires that I wanted. I didn’t realize that they put the wrong ones on until after I had left. I called back and let them know what happened. They didn’t have the tires that I wanted but offered to figure something out. Slow service, don't check all the fluids. After an hour just saw my car get pulled in to rotate tires. Ridiculous. Actually over an hour. I got here at 6:50. Still waiting.

Manager suggested that I put myself in danger rather then send an employee to help. Had a hole in my tire, was told to continue to drive on it due to them not having the tire at in stock at this store. They said the could get the tire in by the next morning. When I asked the manager if it was safe to continue driving on it, he said probably not. They could have gotten the tire the same day, but they refused to send someone to get the tire.
