To say I was surprised by my interaction is an understatement. I don’t know much about cars in general so calling about something I have no idea with, I was a bit reluctant about calling. Starting from Kerry at the front counter who had a disgusting attitude towards me, I explained I was looking for a quote for a vehicle and who I could speak to, I was met with “well you haven’t told me what you want done”. I got my 1979 chrysler brake booster rebuilt by burt bros, so far so good its working as it should they fixed it promptly and for cheap price
Burt Brothers are outstanding amongst all other mechanics. Fantastic staff all round, especially my mate Steve (SP2) very professional, amazing knowledge on just about anything & impeccable workmanship. (Plus a good story or 2). Old school shop honest and honourable- rare traits these days. I recommend them 100%. They saved my arse from the engineers cane after some slap up cowboy converted the brakes on my LX TORANA to Willwoods discs all round & left me high and dry, with several engineer fails and some bad workmanship. Absolutely brilliant service from Jim and Mick doing a small overhaul on my master cylinder to get me out of a real bind! Can’t recommend these guys any more, old school service and the best workmanship 👍👍
