I was married in 2022 and this company was unorganized and uncommunicative. There were a lot of times I felt in the dark, confused, and things that were left until last minute that should not have been. It was very difficult to get a hold of certain people and there seemed to be little to no urgency for important deadlines!
Alexis was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING! I will definitely be recommending her + Burst Event Co to everyone in my life planning a wedding. Hiring a day or coordinator was easily our most helpful expense. All her recommendations for vendors felt personally tailored to our tastes and wants. The whole process felt collaborative and we always felt heard.
