So far so good! Nice easy transition from my previous provider. Decided to go variable on both gas and power. Did my comparison on ucahelps and Burst was the most economic option for me. Portal looks good too.
Absolutely terrible customer service, do not go with Burst. In response to your comment on this review - my energy was running just fine with my previous provider, I only switched because I found a cheaper rate with Burst. But cheaper rates are not worth paying a $350 energization fee or waiting 5-7 business days without electricity after the agreed upon start date when I’d already cancelled my previous providers services!! And you claim 24-7 service but no one answered any of my phone calls or called me back after leaving ... read more
The customer service team was extremely helpful in the process to switch over to Burst. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with everyone. Plus I like how their customer portal gives you upcoming bill estimates and energy consumption charts.
Just set up new service they made it simple and efficient when ever any issue arose they were quick to assist to resolve it I am extremely pleased with the service so far and highly recommend them to anyone
