It was really easy and fast to switch to Burst Energy. The employee on the phone was very pleasant and helpful; I wish I had written down her name. Made a profile to get a quote on electricity on a new property purchase. Ended up going with another supplier. They charged us a full week prior to even taking procession of the house. Sent us a bill in a email and no refund.

I enjoyed the instant replies to my questions; the transfer from the previous provider was very easy; I haven't used the website much at this point, but it looks clean and easy to maneuver.
