They were great to talk to. They made things pretty simple and didn't refuse me like another provider did. They are a bit more expensive and have not actually answered my calls but always called me back quickly

Absolutely terrible customer service, do not go with Burst. In response to your comment on this review - my energy was running just fine with my previous provider, I only switched because I found a cheaper rate with Burst. But cheaper rates are not worth paying a $350 energization fee or waiting 5-7 business days without electricity after the agreed upon start date when I’d already cancelled my previous providers services!! And you claim 24-7 service but no one answered any of my phone calls or called me back after leaving ... read more

Fast, easy to set up, and fees that beat every other provider for boh natural gas and electricity that I've found. The only downside if that they only give you about a week to pay the bill after it is issued, instead of the ~1 month that companies like Epcor offer.

So far so good! Nice easy transition from my previous provider. Decided to go variable on both gas and power. Did my comparison on ucahelps and Burst was the most economic option for me. Portal looks good too.

Lower price than competitors, easy hook-up, and quick customer service through email
