I enjoyed the instant replies to my questions; the transfer from the previous provider was very easy; I haven't used the website much at this point, but it looks clean and easy to maneuver.
Signing up with Burst was easy and convenient. Should have taken the time to do it ages ago.
It has been good so far. A little confusion between Burst amd Epcor to get the site energized, but that got resolved quickly.
