I have to say the retail in Bursons is a rip off. I purchased 5 litres of Penrite oil here today, charged $80 got home and compared to other stores as I thought it was expensive and yep $18 over the competitors. I will never be back. Grumpy and expensive.
We all buy on-line but if you need advice on a product like I did recently for the apropriate cover for my 1957 Alfa I went back to this branch of Burson where I have been assisted before. There were no products to inspect so I relied totally on the store manager Sean's advice. Great deal and product. Fits like a glove. Couldn't be happier with advice and service.
Bad attitude bad service
I've shopped here 3 times over the past year. One staff member was helpful. The other two were stunningly rude and condescending.
Rude Staff member. I’m just asking if there an alternative cheaper option and that old guy telling me they’re not selling cheap products. Dude I’m just asking for a cheaper option because other stores have it cheaper. Worst customer service ever.
