I found the customer service very helpful. Although I was not able to acquire the item I required from Burson Auto parts a member of their team was able to direct me to another supplier that had the item. Thanks Burson for assisting a client even though it meant directing to another supplier. Qudos I'm sure to return next time I need a part.

Great first experience here! Dude was super helpful in identifying the part I needed and ordered it on for next day delivery at a price far cheaper than the auto chain stores. I've found my new parts supplier!

우리는 RAV4의 차량 도색에 사용할 스프레이 페인트를 구하러 갔으나 재고가 없어 구매할 수 없었다. 그러나 친절한 여자 직원의 각 지역 지점들의 재고 확인 및 물량확보를 위한 전화 연락 등의 조치로 빅토리아 지점에서 구매할 수 있었다. 다음에 또 필요한 물품이 있다면 이 매장을 이용할 것이다.

우리는 RAV4의 차량 도색에 사용할 스프레이 페인트를 구하러 갔으나 재고가 없어 구매할 수 없었다. 그러나 친절한 여자 직원의 각 지역 지점들의 재고 확인 및 물량확보를 위한 전화 연락 등의 조치로 빅토리아 지점에서 구매할 수 있었다. 다음에 또 필요한 물품이 있다면 이 매장을 이용할 것이다.
