We arrived to get some filters, everyone is ignoring you, 15 min to get served (we were the only customer in the shop) all moving around or answering a new phone call but no one taking care of their customers.
I appreciate the care taken by friendly staff who looked up the parts that I needed and ordered them using a prompt and easy process.
