If you not a trade customer or a mate, the service sucks, as a Sunbury local, I won't buy from them again, but if course customer service doesn't matter because I'm just 1 customer. Was quoted a price, waited 2 days , had to phone myself to check if it arrived. Came to collect them was charged an extra $15 for freight. That I wasn't advised of. I could have got my part a day sooner for cheaper had I known. Service for you. If I could give no stars I would.
