An automotive trade specialist. Definitely the largest parts stock holder in the region. Always have what I need in stock and on the bench when I get there to collect. Staff are friendly and professional. I see people's comments complaining about the staff automotive knowledge...have you ever asked a question at supercheap auto??? Open late closed early or never open at all, the staff at not even remotely trained in the operation of an internal combustion engine so you have to teach them how an engine works before you order your part or they will give you the wrong part as they have no clue, why hire young ladies with no automotive back ground I’ll never know but anyways, not the girls fault they do ok with what little training they get. Corporate greed as always.
My last ever purchase from this Business. They used to be good, but in the last 3 years you feel like they're doing YOU a favour by Serving you. They treat you like you're a hindrance. The blokes that used to work there weren't too bad, now it seems to be all Females & they really need to be given Remedial Customer Relations Training ! You get the Parts no problem .......... at Premium Prices. I've never wanted to give Burson Parts in Raymond Terrace a bad Review, but I'm just over their appalling Customer Service.
