I had a really disappointing experience with Burson. When I called to ask for help finding a part for my car, the guy on the phone was rude right from the start and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. He didn’t ask for any details or make any effort to assist me. I ended up having to find the part number myself because I wasn’t getting any help. Customer service has slipped. No prices on shelves so you need to inconvenience the surly staff to get a price check... 4 will pretend you don't exist, 1 will reluctantly serve you. Won't rush back
