The service was quick I was in and out in 5 minutes the guy at the desk was straight to the point paid for parts and he went and got the parts and I was gone
Wouldnt let me pay over the phone for shipping. Wanted me to come in person due to scams going on. Said its company policy and none of their staff were prepared to loose their job to take payment over phone. Asked for part number so i could let my mechanic know who has english as second language what i wanted so there was no mix up. They made it a big issue gaslighting telling a customer they are creating some drama. It is jsut a part number i didnt see the problem in handing it over nor did anyone else i spoke to. Open on Saturdays which is convenient. Plenty of parking. Nice, open, clean, well stocked customer service area.
